In most cases, your first visit will include: extensive history intake, basic physical exam (vitals, heart, lungs, thyroid), an order for annual labs ($150-$225) and any other labs that we decide would be helpful. Most first visits will also include a few naturopathic recommendations for improving on foundations of health (tailored to what is most important for you). 

Once you have established care and your initial concerns have been addressed, you should expect 1-2 visits per year. One for your annual and another 1-3 visits if you have a new issue pop up (allergies, hormone check-in, lingering cold/flu, etc.). These are typically 30-60 min long appointments. After 60 minutes, time is billed for each additional 15 minutes.

Dr. Pearce spends time prior to your initial visit reviewing these documents so that your visit will be as productive as possible- time is precious. These forms must be filled out prior to your visit. 

At this time Dr. Pearce does not provide primary care for pediatric patients. She will see kiddos with specific concerns, such as ADHD, eczema, constipation and other concerns. Please contact the clinic to see if Dr. Pearce is a good fit for your child.

At this time Dr. Pearce does is not able to do PAP/pelvic exams and refers to other local providers for these services. You will need to have up to date pelvic exams for hormone management.

At this time, we accept cash, card or check for payment. This includes payment for visits and lab services.  All billing invoices will be available through your patient portal and payment can easily be completed online.

We do provide superbills with diagnosis/visit codes so you are able to submit this to your insurance. This will go towards your out-of-network deductible as Dr. Pearce is not currently in network with any insurance companies.
